Commercial and Civil Litigation Experience:

Mr. Trombadore handles general and complex civil litigation matters in a variety of subjects. He has extensive experience representing professionals, particularly attorneys and trustees, in professional liability and fiduciary liability claims. Mr. Trombadore also advises attorneys and law firms on risk management and legal ethics matters.

Mr. Trombadore also has extensive experience representing both policyholders (individuals and institutions) and insurance companies in insurance recovery matters, insurance fraud, insurance coverage disputes, and insurance bad faith litigation.

Mr. Trombadore has represented clients in a variety of civil disputes including: 


  • Business and contract disputes
  • Securities litigation, including securities fraud and class action litigation
  • Financial services matters
  • Consumer rights litigation including class actions
  • Real estate litigation including development issues, purchase/sale disputes, nuisance claims, residential and commercial construction defect litigation and commercial leasing disputes, and
  • labor and employment matters including wrongful termination, discrimination, wage, and hour claims and class action litigation 


Litigation Services:

Mr. Trombadore's practice experience includes all facets of general and complex civil litigation, including civil bench and jury trial experience in both state and federal courts. Mr. Trombadore has extensive experience arbitrating cases and in the practice of alterantive dispute resolution procedures.


Civil ADR/Mediation Services:

Mr. Trombadore has extensive experience in all aspects of Alternative Dispute Resolution techniques including civil mediation work. Mr. Trombadore continues to pursue advanced training as a mediator of civil disputes. 

Mr. Trombadore is available to mediate civil law disputes as a third-party neutral.

Nonprofit Organization Services:

Mr. Trombadore writes about and lectures on topics of interest to nonprofit organizations. Mr. Trombadore provides general counsel services to a variety of California-based, nonprofit organizations, including in the follwoing areas:
